SENIOR DESIGNER

Louise brings nearly 20 years of experience to her work, specialising in narrative and storytelling. She studied Moving Image Design, expecting to head into branding and broadcast, but stumbled into theatre instead, and never really left. The collaboration, the slightly bonkers world of show creation, and above all, the audience reaction, kept drawing her back, eventually expanding her work into live music and corporate events of all kinds.

Her favourite project is still her first solo theatre show. A piece of video content made the audience visibly jump in their seats, a moment that catalysed a realisation of the effect live work can have on people, and is still the moment she traces her love of the industry back to. A close second is watching Bastille at Glastonbury and seeing an entire crowd follow every beat of the performance.

She finds inspiration in collaboration above almost anything else; the way other people see the world fascinates her and continues to shape how she works. Right now, she’s loving incorporating the tactile into her designs. Creating from hand-drawn sketches and painting, bringing out her favourite work.

Outside of work, Louise can be found baking, swimming or spending time with her family.
