CO-FOUNDER/CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Nick has spent more than two decades creating, producing and delivering live experiences, broadcasts, installations and events around the world that sit at the intersection of creativity, technology and culture. Trained as a lighting designer, he has always been drawn to how stories connect with audiences and the magic that happens when a room full of strangers share a moment together.

His career has taken him from festival fields and television broadcasts to immersive experiences and brand worlds, guided throughout by a love of storytelling and human connection. One of his favourite projects so far is the EE x Fatboy Slim hologram, not just for its scale, but because it felt genuinely surprising, making people stop in awe, wondering how it was done.

He’s motivated by big ideas, ambitious collaborators and creating experiences that feel effortless. The less people notice the mechanics and the more they feel the emotions, the better. Right now, he’s particularly interested in blending physical and digital worlds in ways that feel human rather than futuristic.

Outside of work, you'll find him travelling, discovering new music, or driving somewhere with no particular destination in mind, all whilst quietly accumulating far too many ideas that may or may not become projects one day.

CURRENTLY listening to:

A slightly chaotic mix of electronic music, rock and whatever he’s recently discovered through this week's Album of the Week (a weekly ritual in our office).

fun fact:

He’s spent so much of his career backstage that watching a show from the audience still feels like a novelty.
